1.Q:What’s your MOQ?

A:Some products have stock with our brand which not have MOQ. If no stock, normally we start from 500 pieces. If ODM, should discuss according to actual conditions. And if use our brand name(OBM), the MOQ can minimize to 20pcs.

A:Delivery time normally about 1 month and a half. Sample lead time normally about 1 month.

A:Of course, but you may need to pay sample charge which will be returned after any order signed.

1.Q:How to solve the problem that the room temperature can’t drop?

A:Whether the room temperature can drop down is not only related to the quality of air conditioning and refrigeration, but also depends on the quality of heat insulation, good sealing, window area, orientation, floor position, door opening times, number of people, other electrical appliances and heat sources in the user’s room. In addition, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet can be measured. If the temperature difference is within the range of 10-13 degrees, there is no problem with the air conditioner.

2.Q:Why is the portable air conditioner leaking?

A:There are many possibilities:(1) . the installation is not horizontal; (2) . the drainage pipe is bent or flattened; (3) The drainage pipeline is in the wrong direction, and the outlet water level is higher than the water connecting pipe of the machine; (4) The joint of drainage pipe is not tight; (5) Quickly and violently move the machine, causing the water in the water pan to be thrown out; (6) Move from the high step to the bottom step, tilt the machine, and the water in the sink is poured out; (7) . The drain hole of the water receiving tray is blocked (it will appear in the machine used for a period of time); (8) Violent handling and collision cause displacement or damage of the water tray (the chassis is damaged and can only be replaced)
