A:Of course, welcome to develop new product with us. We have a strong & professional engineers team to service our clients.

3.Q:Are you trading company or factory?

A:We have two factories having more than 14 years experience on manufacturing air cooling products. As a reliable fan manufacturer in China, we will continue to provide high quality products and good service to our clients.

1.Q:What’s your MOQ?

A:Some products have stock with our brand which not have MOQ. If no stock, normally we start from 1000 pieces. If ODM, should discuss according to actual conditions. And if use our brand name(OBM), the MOQ can minimize to 100pcs.

2.Q:What’s your delivery time and sample lead time?

A:Direct orders can be within 7-15 days.OEM/ODM products will be shipped within 30 days.

3.Q:Can I get a sample?

A:Of course, but you may need to pay sample charge which will be returned after any order signed.

4.Q:What’s your production capacity?

A:Normally we can make over 16000pcs per day.

5.Q:What warranty can you give us?

A:One year warranty.
